Downtown Lake Zurich is about to undergo a sweeping revitalization. This quaint village located 35 miles northwest of Chicago, Illinois will receive a new downtown retail core along Main Street featuring convenient shops, restaurants, offices, a bank and beautiful new streetscapes. Also included will be 12 townhomes facing Lake Street. All will be conveniently served by 150 structured garage stalls and 18 on-street parking spaces.
